We understand the challenges of hosting a group of people in your home or business. The Space is a private venue geared toward smaller events (up to 45 people) with minimalist décor allowing each group to make it their own special place. Make it yours.

Saturday & Sunday: $150 an hour or $1000 for a ten-hour day
Friday: $125 an hour or $800 for a ten-hour day
Monday - Thursday: $100 an hour or $600 for a ten-hour day
The Space is rented by the hour with a:
four-hour minimum on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Two-hour minimum Monday - Thursday.
Venue Pricing:
Starting times are accommodated as early as 6:00am with all events ending by 11:00pm.
